Am I a Butterfly Dreaming questions the morality of how the regeneration of council estates has been and is being dealt with in the UK. This documentary focuses on the existing communities affected by such a rising phenomenon. This project focuses on the Aylesbury Estate (South East London), however, such events are happening all throughout England. It tells an intimate narrative through a collection of detail shots that indicate the passing of time and suggest memories as well as a series of portraits of former and current residents of this estate.
